SUSTAINABLE PERFORMANCE PROGRAMME™

You feel it.

But you'r not sure.

Your team is under pressure. And deep down you know something needs to happen. But sometimes you doubt...

The Sustainable Performance Programme™ shows you how big the problem is, and what needs to happen. Objectively revealing where overload is hiding in your team, translated into interventions that actually work. Before people burn out, not after.

A team under heavy strain is already costing you money.

You're leading on gut feeling, while the stakes are too high for that

Most leaders sense their team is under pressure, but don't know where the real risks lie. You're navigating on signals, gut feeling, and scattered conversations, while the decisions you need to make deserve better than that.

The tricky part is that people often still seem to function fine, while their recovery has already broken down structurally. Behavior that reveals overload is, by definition, already a late signal. By the time it becomes visible, in falling productivity, turnover, or absence, the damage has usually been building for months.

Objective insight changes that. You see it much earlier, often before people notice it themselves, that overload is developing, what's driving it, and what actually helps. Before it becomes a problem.

The conversation you have now — without data

"I think we need to push the deadline, the pressure on my team is too high."

Leadership response: "We can't postpone now. Everyone's under pressure right now. We all just need to push through."

Result: you nod, and go back carrying exactly the same pressure as before.

The conversation you can have — with data

"65% of my team members are physiologically in the risk zone, with 4% at serious risk of burnout in the short term and 20% with a nervous system so out of balance that rest alone is no longer sufficient*. This data shows that if we do nothing now, we'll have a serious performance problem in the short term."

Leadership response: "Show me that report. What do we need?"

Result: you'r not offering an opinion — you have proof.

THE SUSTAINABLE PERFORMANCE PROGRAMME™

Built to close exactly that gap

Not through conversations or questionnaires, but through objective physiological data and a model that shows what stage of overload someone is in, even before it shows up in behavior or performance.

Most approaches rely on questionnaires. Those measure how someone experiences their work and workload, not how their body actually responds to strain and recovery, at work and at home.

This programme works with objective biofeedback. And with the Workload Risk Curve™, the model that reveals why some people still seem to function well while their system is already overloaded. That hidden stage is exactly where most of the risk builds up, and where most leaders see nothing until it's too late. It's also, precisely, the stage where change is still relatively easy to make.

THE SUSTAINABLE PERFORMANCE METHOD™

Five steps, each with its own purpose

1

Measure

We objectively measure how stress, recovery, sleep, movement, and resilience play out in daily life for every team member. No questionnaires, no opinions, five consecutive days of physiological data per participant. At work and at home.

2

Reveal

The Workload Risk Curve™ shows exactly where each team member stands, including the stages where someone still seems to function well while recovery has already broken down structurally.

3

Understand

Every participant gets a personal walkthrough of their own results and the factors driving their overload, so they can build their own action plan.

4

Act

Team members build a personal action plan they can start on right away, supported by online training modules on stress, recovery, sleep, and movement.

You receive an anonymized team overview with concrete recommendations for team-level interventions.

5

Sustain

Throughout the follow-up period, progress and behavior change are supported through coaching, Q&A, and team reflection, ending with a follow-up measurement that shows, in black and white, what's changed.

25 YEARS OF LEADING IN THE CORPORATE WORLD

Built by someone who led under real pressure

I've operated at senior level myself and led major transformations, in organizations where high pressure was simply part of the job. That experience shapes how I work. I know what information a leader actually needs to make good decisions. And I know how to translate physiological data into clear management information.

I also know what it's like to be on the other side of that. To feel overloaded, as an employee. I know this dynamic from both directions.

THE ANALYSIS

What the programme costs, and what doing nothing costs

SUSTAINABLE PERFORMANCE PROGRAMME™

From € 5.500,-

Per group of eight people. Additional participants: €650 per person.

What does doing nothing cost?

One burnout. One key employee walking out the door. Three months of lost performance from a team that isn't running at full capacity. Any one of these scenarios costs your organization far more than this programme does.

The average burnout now lasts 290 days. Turnover costs can run from 50% up to 200% of annual salary. Research shows overload can reduce team performance by 10 to 30%.

If this programme leads to preventing one long-term absence, or keeping one valuable employee, the investment pays for itself many times over. It also gives you something harder to put a price on: the confidence to make decisions based on evidence instead of having to guess. And the knowledge that your people now know how to perform sustainably.

Based on empirical data, we can estimate your financial risk for the coming year if you do nothing.

In 45 minutes, we'll calculate it together, based on your specific parameters. I'll walk you through how the calculation works and what it's based on, so you know where the numbers come from.

You'll walk away with a concrete figure. Whether you take it further after that is entirely up to you.

FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS

FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS

My people are just busy, that's normal.

That's exactly why objective measurement is valuable. Not every busy period is a problem, but without insight, it's hard to see which strain is healthy and where the risk actually lies. Beyond workload, personal circumstances also affect strain and resilience, and those differ for everyone.

We already measure this in our employee engagement survey.

That shows how people experience their work and workload. This shows, objectively, how well strain and resilience are actually in balance. Together, that gives a far more complete picture than perception alone.

I don't have time for a big trajectory.

The measurement runs alongside normal work, and the guidance is compact and practical. And "not having time" is often itself a strong signal that working on sustainable performance would add real value.

Why not just get a coach for someone who says it's too much?

A coach usually comes into the picture once there are already clear signs of overload, which is itself a sign that the imbalance between strain and resilience has been going on for a while. This programme is built to help you catch it earlier and intervene before that point, so results come faster and more easily, and lost productivity, turnover, and burnout can be prevented.
