In a small, supportive group you’ll share experiences, gain insights through biofeedback, and learn practical tools to strengthen your resilience and achieve your ambitions – with focus, calm, and confidence.

Maybe your body is still recovering. Your head is full of both ambitions and doubts. You’re searching for a new rhythm with work, sleepless nights, feedings, and time for yourself and your partner. Meanwhile, life at work keeps moving: new projects, deadlines, and the pressure to keep performing.
You don’t just want to be a mother – you also want to keep growing as a professional.

Two days just for you. Share experiences, get clarity on where you stand, what truly matters, and what your dreams are. -
Measure & Learn
HRV biofeedback and 1:1 coaching reveal how you deal with stress, recovery, and energy. You’ll discover exactly what you need to stay balanced.

Plan
Two days packed with practical tools for energy management, resilience, and relationships. You’ll walk away with a concrete action plan. -
Execute
Put your plan into practice, supported by your group, buddy, and the trainers. Track your progress with unlimited biofeedback. Involve your partner so you move forward together.

A final day to celebrate your successes, fine-tune your course, and look ahead with confidence.
